Speaker's Biography:

David Gordon
National Intelligence Officer for Economics and Global Issues, National Intelligence Council (Washington, DC)

David Gordon is National Intelligence Officer for Economics and Global Issues at the National Intelligence Council. Prior to that, he was Senior Fellow and Director of the U.S. Policy Program at the Overseas Development Council, a non-governmental foreign policy research institution in Washington. He is a visiting professor in the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. His Ph.D. is from the University of Michigan.
