Richard  Iley Richard Iley
Senior Economist - North America, BNP Paribas

Richard Iley is Senior Economist for North America at BNP Paribas. He provides BNP Paribas traders and worldwide clients with forecasts on economic, political and financial developments in the U.S. and Canada. Iley publishes daily research notes, appears on numerous television and radio shows and is quoted frequently. Prior to working in the New York office of BNP Paribas, Iley was a member of BNP Paribas’ Market Economics team in London. Prior to joining BNP Paribas in July 2003, Iley spent more than six years at ABN AMRO Securities working as a UK economist. While at ABN AMRO, he was responsible for forecasting interest rates and the UK economy. Prior to that, he worked at HM Treasury from 1992 to 1996.
