Frank Sixt

Frank Sixt is an Executive Director and Group Finance Director of Hutchison Whampoa Limited. He is also chairman of the TOM Group and TOM Online Inc., an executive director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure, Hutchison Global Communications and Hongkong Electric as well as a director of Cheung Kong, HTAL, Partner Communications and Husky Energy. Sixt, a member of the Bar and Law Society of the Provinces of Quebec and Ontario, Canada, earned his master’s and bachelor’s in Civil Law.
