Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer and Head of the Emerging Markets Equity Team, J.P. Morgan
Richard Titherington is a managing director, chief investment officer and head of the Emerging Markets Equity Team for J.P. Morgan. Now based in London, he was appointed as a managing director in 2001 and named head of the global emerging markets business later that year. Titherington joined the company in 1986 and transferred to the Pacific Regional Group in 1994. Prior to 1994, he was a U.S. and international pension fund manager in the U.K. and then Hong Kong. Before joining the firm, Titherington spent two years as an analyst with UKPI in London. He holds an M.A. in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Oxford.
