2011 Milken Institute Summit

2011 Milken Institute Summit

The Milken Institute is pleased to announce the completion of its first major conference outside the United States. The goal was to illuminate the forces driving the new global economy -- and ultimately, to shape the future by moving policy and capital toward forward-thinking solutions.

The first Milken Institute Summit aimed to capture the ambition and intellectual excitement of the annual Global Conference, but on a much more intimate scale geared toward building relationships face-to-face.

This invitation-only event convened a select group of participants, including major investors, philanthropists, senior corporate executives and business advisory leaders.

Mixing incisive panel discussions with in-depth one-on-one interview sessions, the highly focused agenda distilled the best new ideas about innovation and opportunity. Designed to encourage collaboration that transcends borders and sectors, the event included a formidable lineup of international speakers included thought leaders, policy experts and individuals who wield extraordinary influence in world markets.

The Milken Institute takes pride in our ability to link the worlds of business, finance and policy in pursuit of progress with the goal of developing tangible solutions to the most urgent challenges of our time. With this event, we invited a new contingent of senior decision-makers to take an active role in this powerful global network.
