Ned Curic is chief technology officer for Toyota, where he is responsible for defining and executing the overall technology strategy and ensuring alignment of regional and global efforts. Curic also oversees the development and promotion of architectural standards and frameworks and the designing and delivering of security and business intelligence frameworks to address the increase of complex technology. He leads the Innovation and Technology Centers, evaluating those technologies and determining how to use them to enhance IT flexibility and support business needs. Prior to joining Toyota, Curic spent 13 years at Microsoft, where he held several leadership roles, including platform strategy advisor. Previously, he spent seven years as a systems architect consulting Department of Defense contractors, Internet startups and financial enterprises. He has a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Vienna in Austria and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
