Kenneth Buckfire
President and Co-Founder, Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC

Kenneth Buckfire is president and co-founder of Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC, an investment bank specializing in providing strategic financial advice and transaction services to highly leveraged companies and governments. His clients have included the city of Detroit, Calpine Corp., Dow Chemical, Oncor and Centerpoint Energy. He has also served as an advisor in the telecommunications, energy, food products, building products, broadcasting and information services industries. Previously, he was a managing director and co-head of the financial restructuring group of Wasserstein Perella & Co. Buckfire has served on the board of Neurophage Pharmaceuticals, Great Bay Power Corp., Van Camp Seafood, ARK Information Services and Marblegate Asset Management. He is also a trustee of the New York Philharmonic and a board member with the Zell Lurie Institute at the University of Michigan and the Research Council-Weill Cornell Medical School. Buckfire received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from Columbia University.
