Mr. Rajeev Misra serves as CEO of the Softbank Vision Fund. The Softbank Vision Fund is the biggest Private Equity Fund in the world, managing US$100 Bn in assets. Prior to joining SoftBank, Mr. Misra was a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Fortress Investment Group’s London office. Previously, he served as the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at UBS between 2009 and 2013 and Global Head of Credit and Emerging Markets at Deutsche Bank between 1997 and 2008, where he built the fixed income business from scratch; mentored and recruited several employees such as – Boaz Weinstein, Greg Lippmann, Colin Fan. Mr. Misra is a Board Member of the University of Pennsylvania and MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Misra received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, MA.
