Eric Lefkofsky is the co-founder and CEO of Tempus, a technology company that enables physicians to deliver personalized cancer care. Tempus is building the world's largest library of molecular and clinical data and an operating system to make that data accessible and useful. He is the co-founder and chairman of Groupon, a global e-commerce marketplace, and co-founder of Uptake Technologies, a leading predictive analytics platform; Mediaocean, a leading provider of media procurement technology; Echo Global Logistics, a technology-enabled logistics firm; and InnerWorkings, a global provider of print solutions. He is also a founding partner of Lightbank, a leading venture fund. He is a trustee of Lurie Children's Hospital, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry, and Steppenwolf Theater. Eric and his wife Liz are members of the Giving Pledge and co-chairs of the Lefkofsky Family Foundation. He graduated from the University of Michigan and received his Juris Doctor at University of Michigan Law School.
