Jing Ulrich is managing director and vice chairman of Asia-Pacific at JPMorgan Chase & Co., providing strategic advice to the firm's most senior global clients. Because of her knowledge of China, she has been an important figure in shaping the international community's approach to investing in Asia-Pacific. She established J.P. Morgan's Hands-on-China Series, a leading forum for views and research on China's transformation. She also created the China Investment Summit, attended each year by thousands of global business and government leaders. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Ulrich was a managing director at Deutsche Bank and CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets. Before moving to Asia, she worked in Washington, D.C., where she was one of the first fund managers to focus on greater China markets. Ulrich attended Harvard and Stanford Universities.
