Damien Dwin is co-CEO and co-Founder of Brightwood Capital Advisors, a leading credit platform providing growth capital to family and founder-owned US businesses with EBITDA of $5 million to $75 million. Mr. Dwin has managed capital for hundreds of limited partners, including many prominent public and corporate pension plans, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Mr. Dwin has overseen over 100 transactions within five core areas: Technology & Telecommunications, Healthcare, Business Services, Transportation & Logistics and Franchising. Prior to founding Brightwood, Mr. Dwin worked for Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2010 and Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Dwin serves on the board of NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. He is a Trustee of The Boys' Club of New York and Woodberry Forest School. Mr. Dwin holds a B.S/B.A. from Georgetown University.
