Over the span of his career, Jorge Eduardo Castillo has developed strategies that encompass the entire business cycle, including those in diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, marketing and sales and process reengineering. In 2016 he was inducted into the Daily Record's VIP List of Very Important Professionals Successful by 40 awards, in 2014 he was awarded the 40 under 40 People to Watch by the Baltimore Business Journal and the Franchise Business Review's Top Franchises Award in 2009 and then again in 2011. Presently, he is the chairman and president of the Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and C.E.O. of the consulting firm he founded, ¡Onward! Estrategias. He has been a speaker nationally and internationally as well as a guest lecturer at Towson University, Loyola University Maryland, and New York University. He is a Phi-Beta-Kappa graduate of Goucher College with a degree in biology with a pre-medical concentration. He earned his MBA from the Joseph A. Sellinger School of Business and Mgt. at Loyola University Maryland.
