Matt Driskill serves as the Deputy Program Manager for the Navy's Jammer Technique Optimization Group in Patuxent River, Maryland, where he leads a national government-industry team in providing technical and tactical solutions for U.S. and NATO airborne electronic attack platforms. He has more than 2,000 flight hours in five different aircraft and has deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Odyssey Dawn and Enduring Freedom. In 2015, he founded the Military Leadership Circle, a group of active duty officers and veterans striving to bridge the civil-military divide in ways that strengthen military and civilian organizations by equipping their members for more meaningful service. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Driskill has an M.B.A. from Auburn University, an M.A. in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College, and is a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
