Hilton Romanski is senior vice president and chief strategy officer of Cisco, responsible for driving Cisco's growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, co-development, and innovation. Hilton manages Cisco's more than $2 billion venture capital investment portfolio and responsible for nearly $20 billion in acquisitions across more than 40 deals. As SVP of corporate development, Hilton led Cisco's $2.7 billion acquisition of Sourcefire and $1.2 billion acquisition of Meraki, two of the most successful platform acquisitions in Cisco's history. Prior to joining Cisco, Hilton was an investment banker in J.P. Morgan's technology, media and telecom group, and co-founded the firm's West Coast telecom practice. Formerly, Hilton served as a M&A specialist in the company's New York headquarters. Hilton is a member of the board of Technicolor, a worldwide technology leader in the media and entertainment sector. Hilton holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. from Columbia University.
