Bill is one of the most prolific advisors to the technology industry over the last 30 years. He has led-managed more technology IPOs (270+) than any other banker. Bill has worked on many of the most successful IPOs ever completed including Box, Google, Cisco Systems, Amazon.com, Netscape, Facebook, 3Par, Intuit, Baidu, Lending Club, Palo Alto Networks, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Snap, Splunk, Synopsys, Tableau, Arista and Zendesk. Bill also advised Apple on its acquisition of NeXT (and Steve Jobs) as well as Oracle on its strategic investment from Nippon Steel during its financial difficulties. He also advised Google on its acquisition of YouTube. Bill has also founded and run technology groups at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. While at those firms, he helped host many of the most influential conferences for the technology industry in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Bill is a graduate of Princeton University and is currently a guest lecturer at Princeton on entrepreneurial studies.
