Janet Thomas is founder and CEO of TouchFX and president of Women in Banking and Finance. TouchFX is a first-to-market FX FinTech product that will change how the global foreign exchange market is transacted. She also is an expert in the advancement of women in the financial industry, often consulted by companies and government. Previously, she was a managing director of Infinity Capital Partners and head of EMEA prime brokerage foreign exchange sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Thomas was also head of product and marketing at Citigroup FX Prime Brokerage, where she received the Institution Group Award for innovative application of technology and her contribution to Citi Women as co-chair. Earlier, she held management roles at ABN AMRO Bank and served in the public sector. In 2013, Thomas made the Powerlist of the 100 most influential black professionals in the UK and in 2009 won the Women in the City Achievement Award. She sits on the board of the Powerlist Foundation.
