Rip Esselstyn is the founder of Engine 2 and a Healthy Eating Partner for Whole Foods Market. At Engine 2, Rip develops and implements programs that transform people's health worldwide. With Whole Foods Market, he raises awareness for employees, customers and communities about the benefits of a plant-strong diet. Rip was a three-time All-American swimmer for the University of Texas at Austin and spent a decade as a world-class triathlete.
