Kay Koplovitz

Co-Founder and Chairman, Springboard Enterprises; Founder, USA Networks

Kay Koplovitz is the co-founder and chairman of Springboard Enterprises, a venture catalyst ecosystem of influencers and investors, which fosters the investments of more than $7.4 billion in high-performing women entrepreneurs focused on full parity in raising capital and building scalable, sustainable companies. In 2016, she co-founded Springboard Growth Capital, investing in women-led companies and leveraging the strong brand, deep entrepreneur relationships, and extensive mentor network built by Springboard over 16 years. Kay is the founder and former CEO of USA Networks and Syfy channel. She is the first woman to ever head a television network and is the visionary who created the business model for cable television networks by introducing the concept of two revenue streams, licensing and advertising.
