Senior Partner and Global Leader, Multinational Client Group, Mercer; Chief Architect, When Women Thrive
Patricia Milligan is senior partner and global leader for Mercer's Multinational Client Group, focusing on driving revenue growth for multinational clients. She is also chief architect of Mercer's When Women Thrive program and Mercer's World Economic Forum efforts. Previously, Milligan was president of Mercer's North America region. Earlier roles at Mercer include president of its global talent business and chief marketing and sales officer for a number of key initiatives. Prior to Mercer, Milligan led the international business at Mellon Financial Services and held leadership roles at Towers Perrin. She serves as co-vice chair on the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Education and Skills. In 2012, Milligan was selected by Consulting magazine as one of the nation's top 25 consultants. She was one of Diversity Journal's Women Worth Watching in 2010. Milligan is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
