Patrick Brown

CEO and Founder, Impossible Foods

Patrick Brown is CEO and founder of Impossible Foods, where he determines the mission and strategy, manages senior scientists and R&D programs, leads team-building efforts and cultivates a positive and productive company culture. He is Professor Emeritus of Stanford University's Biochemistry Department, a co-founder of the Public Library of Science, inventor of the DNA microarray and a former investigator at Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Brown holds BS, MD, and PhD degrees from the University of Chicago.
