Brian Sullivan is co-anchor of CNBC's "Power Lunch" (M-F, 1PM-3PM ET), one of the network's longest-running programs, as well as the host of the daily investing program "Trading Nation." He is also a frequent guest on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" and other NBC properties. In his 20 years of financial journalism and television experience, Sullivan has reported across America and from more than 20 countries. He has been twice nominated for the prestigious Loeb Award; one for being among the first financial journalists to highlight the risks of the housing bubble in 2007, and the other for the 2013 CNBC documentary "America's Gun: The Rise of the AR-15." Sullivan has a B.A. in political science from Virginia Tech, where he serves on the alumni board, as well as a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. In his free time he is an avid race car driver with two SCCA divisional championships.
