Her career spans over 30 years in financial services, where she has led banking, asset management, insurance and pension fund businesses for National Australia Bank, MLC, Axa and Plum Financial Services. Lisa's signature strength is strategic execution achieved by blending the power of communication with a unifying purpose to create self-sustaining organisations. Lisa holds degrees from INSEAD, University of Melbourne and The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has a Master's of Business Administration from Columbia University NY and the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Government's Financial Services Advisory Council and has been a director of St Vincent's and Mercy Private Hospital and the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship, Swinburne University.
