Nanxi Liu is CEO of Enplug and co-founder of Nanoly Bioscience. Enplug has built the largest network of intelligent digital screens across the U.S. It transforms screens from one-way communication channels to dual channels by allowing viewers to use existing apps on their smartphones to share content on a screen in real time. Enplug was one of Entrepreneur magazine's Top 30 Startups to Watch, CSQ magazine's Top 10 Innovators and Inc. magazine's Five Women-Led Startups to Watch. Founded when Liu was in college, Nanoly Bioscience develops polymers that enable vaccines to survive without refrigeration. It was named Top Research at the World Biomaterials Congress and one of NASA's Top 10 New Tech Companies, and it received Intel's Top Social Innovation Award. Liu is on the advisory board of UNICEF's Chinese Children's Initiative and the youth advisory board of Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation. The Colorado native studied business, political economy and engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
