Executive Director, Global Social Enterprise Initiative at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business
Ladan Manteghi is executive director of the Global Social Enterprise Initiative at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. At Georgetown, she builds cross-sector partnerships and programs that train business leaders to create economic and social value. She has collaborated with Bank of America, Booz Allen Hamilton, the U.S. Department of State, the Milken Institute, the American Farm Bureau Federation, Tides and other organizations. Before joining Georgetown, Manteghi headed AARP's international strategy, including leading the international policy team. She also helped create and was president of the AARP Global Network. Manteghi was an advisor to the CEO of PowerUp, a former nonprofit subsidiary of the Case Foundation that addressed the digital divide, and a political appointee in the Clinton administration at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Department of Health and Human Services and Department of the Interior. She holds a B.A. in political science/public service from the University of California, Davis.
