Global Head of Digital, PepsiCo
Bonin Bough is global head of digital at PepsiCo, overseeing digital strategy and the implementation of social media tools and techniques. Bough has been instrumental in integrating digital media into the brand vision and growth strategy of PepsiCo, which was recognized by Fast Company in 2011 as one of the "Most Innovative Companies." He helped launch the Pepsi Refresh Project, and spearheaded the Gatorade Mission Control, PepsiCo 10 and Women′s Inspiration Network initiatives. His achievements have won him several awards, including a Webby, Stevie, Golden Pencil, SABRE, Big Apple and Com Arts. Previous to PepsiCo, Bough was the executive vice president and director of Weber Shandwick's global interactive, social and emerging media practice; a founding member and senior vice president at Ruder Finn Interactive; and an instructor at New York University's Center for Publishing. He is the co-author of "Perspectives on Social Media Marketing." Bough received bachelor's degrees in physics and political science at Hartwick College.
