Erika Karp is a managing director and head of global sector research for UBS Investment Bank. She is chair of the Global Investment Review Committee, managing the research efforts of UBS analysts and strategists around the world. A champion of integrating environmental, social and governance principles into the research process, she is a member of the UBS SRI Roundtable and Corporate Responsibility Network. A founding member of the UBS Executive Diversity Council, she has been a driving force behind the company's diversity agenda. Karp was among the first winners of the UBS Leadership Award. A frequent guest speaker on the evolution of investment research and diversity in the workplace, she is a member of the Foreign Policy Association, 85 Broads Global Women's Network, 100 Women in Hedge Funds and the Social Investment Forum. Prior to joining UBS, Karp worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and IBM Corp. She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
