Brian Grazer

Producer and Partner, Imagine Entertainment

Brian Grazer, an Academy Award-winning producer, is a Partner at Imagine Entertainment. His movies have generated more than $13 billion in worldwide theatrical, music and video grosses. As a writer and producer, he has been personally nominated for four Academy Awards, and in 2002, his film "A Beautiful Mind" won the Oscar for Best Picture. His other film credits include "Angels & Demons," "Frost/Nixon," "American Gangster," "The Da Vinci Code," "Inside Man," "8 Mile," "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas," "Liar Liar," "Apollo 13," "Backdraft" and "Parenthood." Grazer's television productions include "24," "Parenthood," "Friday Night Lights" and "Arrested Development." His latest film, "Robin Hood," directed by Ridley Scott and starring Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett, opens May 14. Grazer is in pre-production on "Cowboys & Aliens" and "Restless" as well as an untitled Ron Howard project. Grazer and his friend Howard founded Imagine Entertainment in 1986 and continue to serve as co-chairmen.
