Randall Lane is Senior Leader of Global Inclusion and Diversity for Cisco Systems Inc. Since joining Cisco in 2008, his responsibilities have encompassed developing and driving many of the company's strategic global inclusion and diversity (I&D) initiatives. These include designing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies; creating strategic global diversity-related relationships to enhance Cisco's visibility; raising awareness of Cisco's I&D efforts through focused internal and external communications; and implementing inclusive advocacy programs designed to identify and advance high-potential diverse leaders globally. Generally recognized as a global I&D thought leader, strategist and supplier diversity expert, Randall has industry experience that includes financial services, telecommunications, gaming, media and entertainment, consulting and high tech with such companies and entities as Citicorp, NYNEX (Verizon), the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, Time Warner, American Express, Weyerhaeuser and now Cisco. Lane received a bachelor's degree from Case-Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
