Chief Investment Officer, Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation
Harold Bradley is Chief Investment Officer for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, leading a team that oversees a $1.8 billion globally diversified, multi-asset class portfolio. Bradley arrived at the foundation after 19 years with American Century Investments, a Kansas City-based mutual fund company. He served there in a number of senior investment capacities, including CIO of U.S. small and mid-cap growth equities, president of American Century Ventures and head of global trading. He began his career as the marketing officer for the Kansas City Board of Trade, where he helped launch the world′s first stock index futures contract. A current member of the NYSE Pension Managers Advisory Committee, he has also served as a member of the Investment Company Institute Task Force on Market Structure and the Federal Advisory Committee on Market Data. Bradley graduated from Marquette University, and has completed the Kennedy School program on Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance at Harvard University.
