Suzanne Nora Johnson
Former Vice Chairman, Goldman Sachs Group

Suzanne Nora Johnson is former Vice Chairman of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. She also served as chairman of the firm's Global Markets Institute and as a member of the Goldman Sachs management committee; she is currently a senior director of the firm. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Johnson was an attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals. She serves on the boards of Intuit Inc., Pfizer Inc. and Visa Inc. Johnson is also on the board of numerous not-for-profit organizations, including the American Red Cross, the Brookings Institution, the Carnegie Institution of Science, Children Now, the Council for Excellence in Government, the Markle Foundation, RAND Health, TechnoServe, the University of Southern California and Women's World Banking. She is also an advisory board member to the Aspen Institute's Initiative on Financial Security. Johnson received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
