James Morgon is the managing director of the Milken Institute, Europe. Headquartered in London, Morgon is responsible for accelerating the Institute’s development and programmatic growth in the UK and Europe, including forming relationships, engaging financial supporters and bringing the Institute’s programming to the attention of influential leaders across sectors. He also helps oversee the development of the Institute’s London Summit.
Prior to joining the Institute, Morgon was managing partner of a family office in Mayfair, London. He also played an operational role alongside their management teams. Earlier, Morgon worked in investment banking and wealth management in London, New York and Sao Paulo, Brazil, and founded an award-winning energy company that helped more than 2,000 UK nonprofit organizations reduce their energy consumption while creating sustainable, meaningful employment for disabled and disadvantaged people.
Morgon speaks regularly at international events on investment and holds a degree in investment and financial risk management from Cass Business School, London.
