Kevin Murphy is a senior fellow at the Milken Institute and the George J. Stigler Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. His research focuses on the empirical analysis of inequality, unemployment and relative wages, and the economics of growth and development. Murphy received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
