Kevin Clayton is the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement for the Cleveland Cavalier Operating Company. This is a newly formed function in which the Cavaliers are only one of four sports teams across all of professional sports to have a solely dedicated D&I department. In this role Clayton is responsible for developing, executing and leading the D&I strategic plan for all Cleveland Cavalier sports & entertainment properties.
